Basic Research Progress on Breeding of Wax Gourd(Benincasa hispida Cogn.)

综述了近年来国内外冬瓜育种的相关基础研究进展,包括种质遗传多样性分析、抗病性研究、遗传图谱构建、基因组测序和主要性状研究等方面,分析了目前冬瓜育种研究存在的问题并提出建议,旨在为今后冬瓜育种发展提供理论与实践参考。

The paper had reviewed the relative basic research progress on wax gourd breeding at home and abroad in recent years,including germplasm genetic diversity analysis,disease resistance research,genetic map construction,genome sequencing and main character research,and analyzed the problems of wax gourd breeding research and gave relative suggestions,so as to provide theoretical and practical references for wax gourd breeding.
