摘要 为确定最优的施工配比,保证路面良好的均匀性,在生产配合比基础上初拟三种试验方案,进行某高速公路沥青罩面养护首制件的施工。采用无核密度仪、激光纹理仪、高精度断面仪等多种无损检测设备对各方案路段进行多指标的快速检测及均匀性评价。结果表明:配比的微量波动对本项目沥青路面均匀性也有较大影响,施工中需严格加强对配合比的控制。多手段、多指标的无损检测及均匀性评价可高效、全面反馈路面质量状况,快速发现离析并查找原因,并为确定最优配比提供技术支撑。 In order to determine the optimal construction proportion and ensure good uniformity of the pavement,three test schemes have been initially drafted on the basis of the production mix proportion to carry out the construction of the first part of a highway asphalt overlay maintenance.A variety of non-destructive testing equipment such as non-nuclear density gauge,laser texture meter,high-precision section meter,etc.Have been used to conduct multi-index rapid detection and uniformity evaluation for the section of each scheme.The results have shown that the slight fluctuation of the mix proportion also has a great influence on the uniformity of the asphalt pavement of this project,and the control of the mix proportion must be strictly strengthened during the construction;the multi-method and multi-index non-destructive testing and uniformity evaluation can feedback the quality of the pavement efficiently and comprehensively,discover the segregation and find the cause quickly and provide technical support for determining the optimal mix proportion.
