有利于炼苗的带脚垫漂浮育苗盘烤烟育苗技术研究

Study on Flue-cured Tobacco Seedling Raising Technology of Floating Seedling Tray With Foot Pad

[目的]降低烤烟漂浮育苗时炼苗成本和降低劳动强度。[方法]采用常规漂浮盘和带脚垫漂浮盘进行烤烟育苗,比较不同漂浮盘处理烟苗成苗后植物学性状和用工成本。[结果]使用带脚垫的烤烟漂浮育苗盘,通过营养液液面自然蒸发降低,使漂浮盘自然脱离液面,达到烟苗脱离水分和营养的炼苗目的,有效减少炼苗用工和劳动强度;每百盘烟苗比常规漂浮盘节约用工0.5个,降低人工成本50元,所培育烟苗的成苗素质好于常规育苗盘,达到壮苗标准。[结论]带脚垫的烤烟漂浮育苗盘提高了烟苗各项素质指标,同时又降低了炼苗用工成本和劳动强度,且易于操作,可在生产上进行推广应用。

[Objective]The aim of this study was to reduce the cost and labor intensity of flue-cured tobacco floating seedling cultivation.[Method]Tobacco seedlings were raised by conventional floating tray and floating tray with foot pad.The botanical characters and labor cost of tobacco seedlings treated with different floating trays were compared.[Result]The flue-cured tobacco floating breeding tray with foot pad was used to make the floating tray free from the liquid level naturally by reducing the natural evaporation of nutrient solution,so as to achieve the purpose of seedling acclimatization by making the seedling away from water and nutrition.This method could effectively reduce the employment and labor intensity of seedling acclimatization.Results showed that 0.5 labor per 100 trays was less than conventional floating trays by using the floating seedling tray with foot pad,and could reduce the labor cost by 50 yuan.The quality of tobacco seedling cultivated by this method was better than that of conventional floating tray and reached the standard of strong seedling.[Conclusion]The floating seedling tray with foot pad can improve the quality indexes of tobacco seedlings,reduce the labor cost and labor intensity,and is easy to operate,so it can be widely used in production.
