指出了农村生活污水治理是振兴乡村战略的重要内容,近年来,全国各地均在大力开展农村生活污水治理,但仍存在诸多难以预计的问题。重点调查了阜阳市颍东区农村生活污水治理现状,对存在的问题进行了诊断,并从组织保障、资金保障、技术保障、监管保障和社会监督等方面提出了对策和建议。

Rural domestic sewage treatment is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy.In recent years,all over the country has been vigorously carrying out rural domestic sewage treatment,but there are still many unpredictable problems.This paper mainly investigates the current situation of domestic sewage treatment in Yingdong District of Fuyang city,diagnoses the existing problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of organizational guarantee,financial guarantee,technical guarantee,supervision guarantee and social supervision.
