摘要
针对有机废弃物二次利用方法的局限性,通过Solidworks进行建模,再将模型导入Ansys Workbench对生物有机肥卧式双轴发酵机搅拌装置的转矩、变形和受力情况进行分析,探讨机构中是否存在脆弱部分,并得出最大形变量和等效应力.结果表明:搅拌装置的最大位移出现在搅拌叶片的中部,最大应力出现在搅拌轴左侧轴肩位置.分析结果可为卧式双轴发酵机搅拌装置的数字化设计提供依据.
In view of the limitations of the secondary utilization method of organic waste,modeling is carried out through Solidworks,and then the model is imported into Ansys Workbench to analyze the torque,deformation and force of the stirring device of the biological organic fertilizer horizontal biaxial fermentation machine,and to explore whether there are vulnerable parts,and the largest deformation and equivalent stress are obtained.Analysis shows that the maximum deformation of the stirring device appears in the middle of the stirring blade,and the maximum stress appears in the left shoulder of the stirring shaft.This analysis result reflects the deformation and stress of the stirring device,and it provides a basis for the digital design of the stirring device of the horizontal biaxial fermentation machine.
