康养产业引导的乡村振兴规划研究

Research on Health Care Industry-led Rural Revitalization

康养产业是乡村产业转型发展的方向之一。引入康养产业旨在促进城乡资源的双向流动,增强乡村活力,解决当前乡村老龄化和空心化等问题。基于对国内外康养产业的研究和反思,提出以生态修复改善乡村自然环境和人文环境,以康养产业推动乡村产业可持续转型发展的康养村规划策略。并以苏州市镇湖街道西京村为例,阐述了运用该设计理念指导乡村振兴实践的利弊。康养村规划策略能有效激发乡村的田园属性,吸引城市的资本和人流进入乡村;在满足城市老人养老需求的同时,激发当地居民参与共建的热情,保护和振兴乡村生态文化,缓解城市扩张引发的问题。

Health care industry is one of the directions of rural industry transformation and development.The introduction of health care industry intends to promote the interaction of urban and rural resources,increase rural vitality,and solve the current aging and hollowing issues arising in rural areas.Based on the research and reflection on the health care industry in China and abroad,this paper proposes a health care industry-led sustainable rural planning strategy that can restore the rural ecological environment and the local culture,and thereby facilitate the transformation of rural industry.Taking Xijing village in Zhenhu Street of Suzhou as an example,this paper elaborates the practice of Rural Revitalization guided by the design concept.Such planning strategy can effectively stimulate local communities,attract urban capital and people into the countryside;while meeting the needs of healthy ageing,it can engage local residents to participate in co-construction,protect and revitalize local culture,and tackle the problems caused by urban sprawl.
