一例猫肱骨远端及髁间粉碎性骨折的诊治

Diagnosis and treatment of a case of cat distal humerus and intercondylar comminuted fracture

英国短毛猫,2岁,从8楼坠落,导致其右前肢无法着地,疼痛反应明显。为了对该病例进行诊治,采用综合临床症状、血液生化指标、影像学检查的方法进行诊断,并根据诊断结果采取治疗措施。结果表明:该猫为肱骨远端及髁间粉碎性骨折,选择经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路,使用双骨板对肱骨远端骨干进行内固定治疗。手术较为成功,患猫经复健后恢复良好。术后1个月回访,患猫行动自如,动作相对灵活。说明对于肱骨远端髁间粉碎性骨折,采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路的双侧骨板内固定方法效果显著,有助于关节功能恢复。

The British short-haired cat of 2 years old fell from the eighth floor,which caused its right forelimb unable to reach the ground and the reaction of the cat was painful clearly.In order to diagnosis and treat this case,the clinical symptoms,blood biochemical indexes and imaging methods were used to diagnose the case comprehensively,and take treatment measures according to the diagnosis.The results showed that the cat got distal humerus and intercondylar comminuted fracture.Through the ulna olecranon osteotomy,the internal fixation was chosen to bilateral plates for the treatment.The operation was successful and recovered well after rehabilitation.The return visit after one month showed that the cat moved freely and the movement was relatively flexible.The results suggested that internal fixation of the bilateral plates method through the ulna olecranon osteotomy has a remarkable effect on distal humerus and intercondylar comminuted fracture,which is helpful to the recovery of joint function.
