芦荟微胶囊制备及在真丝织物抗菌整理中的初步应用

Preparation of aloe vera microcapsules and its application in antibacterial finishing of silk fabrics

针对真丝织物易受微生物污染的问题,制备芦荟微胶囊对其进行抗菌整理。芦荟微胶囊以新鲜芦荟汁为芯材,玉米淀粉为壁材,1,2,3,4丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)为交联剂,采用简单凝聚法制备而成,用扫描电子显微镜观察所得微胶囊具有良好的表面形貌。通过单因素分析得出芦荟微胶囊整理真丝织物的最佳工艺条件:焙烘温度75℃,催化剂NaH_(2)PO_(2)质量浓度30 g/L,交联剂BTCA质量浓度8 g/L,微胶囊体积分数100%(o.w.f)。在最佳工艺条件下整理得到的真丝织物有一定的抗菌性能,且对大肠埃希菌的抗菌效果优于金黄色葡萄球菌。试验结果为下一步开展将芦荟抗菌成分整理到真丝织物上的研究奠定了基础。

Aloe microcapsules are prepared for antibacterial finishing because silk fabrics are easily contaminated by microorganisms.Aloe microcapsules were made of fresh aloe juice as the core material,corn starch as the wall material,1,2,3,4-butane tetracarboxylic acid(BTCA)as the crosslinking agent,and were prepared by a simple coacervation method.It was observed by a scanning electron microscope that the prepared aloe microcapsules have good surface morphology.Through single factor analysis,the best process conditions for aloe microcapsule finishing silk fabrics were obtained:baking temperature 75℃,catalyst NaH_(2)PO_(2) mass concentration 30 g/L,crosslinking agent BTCA mass concentration 8 g/L,microcapsule volume fraction 100%(o.w.f).The silk fabric finished under the best process conditions has certain antibacterial properties,and its antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli is better than that of Staphylococcus aureus.This conclusion provided the foundation for the next step of research on finishing the antibacterial components in aloe onto silk fabrics.
