猪δ冠状病毒感染过程中主要分子蛋白作用机理研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 猪δ冠状病毒(PDCoV)是近几年发现的一种猪肠道冠状病毒,主要引起新生仔猪腹泻、呕吐和脱水等,目前还没有开发出相应的商用疫苗。PDCoV中的结构蛋白、辅助蛋白以及负责调控病毒复制的非结构蛋白在致病机制中发挥重要作用。文章对PDCoV感染过程中各主要分子蛋白的相关调控进行了阐述,以期为PDCoV的致病机理以及进一步研究和防治猪δ冠状病毒病奠定理论基础。 Porcine deltacoronavirus(PDCoV) is a porcine intestinal coronavirus discovered in recent years, which mainly causes diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration of newborn piglets. A commercial vaccine has not yet been developed. The structural proteins, auxiliary proteins and non-structural proteins responsible for regulating viral replication in PDCoV play important roles in pathogenesis. In this paper, the related regulation of major molecular proteins during PDCoV infection was described in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the pathogenesis of PDCoV and further research and prevention of the disease caved by PDCoV.
