复方中草药添加剂对断奶仔兔生长性能、腹泻率、死亡率及免疫功能的影响

Effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine additives on growth performance,diarrhea rate and mortality rate and immune function of weaned baby rabbits

为了研究复方中草药添加剂对断奶仔兔生长性能及免疫功能的影响,试验选用60只断奶伊拉仔兔,随机分成3组,每组2个重复,每个重复10只,其中对照组饲喂基础日粮、试验Ⅰ组饲喂添加1%复方中草药的基础日粮、试验Ⅱ组饲喂添加2%复方中草药的基础日粮,预试期7 d,正试期28 d,试验期间记录仔兔的采食量、腹泻率、死亡率;试验结束后,从每个重复中选取3只仔兔进行屠宰,称量胸腺及脾脏重,计算胸腺及脾脏器官指数。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组平均日采食量和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组的平均日采食量和平均日增重有提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的料重比均比对照组低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ组的腹泻率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组的脾脏指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。说明在饲料中添加复方中草药可以提高仔兔的生长性能与免疫功能,其中添加量为1%时饲喂效果较优。

In order to study the effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine additives on growth performance and immune function of weaned baby rabbits,60 weaned Yila baby rabbits were used in the experiment,and were randomly divided into 3 groups with 2 replicates in each group and 10 rabbits in each replicate.The control group was fed basic diet;test groupⅠwas fed basic diet with 1%compound Chinese herbal medicine;test groupⅡwas fed basal diet with 2%compound Chinese herbal medicine.The pre-test period was 7 days,and the official test period was 28 days.The feed intake,diarrhea rate and mortality rate gain of the baby rabbits were recorded during the test.After the test,3 baby rabbits were selected from each replicate for slaughter,the thymus and spleen weight were recorded,and the thymus and spleen organ index was calculated.The results showed that compared with the control group,the daily feed intake and average daily gain of test groupⅠincreased significantly(P<0.05),and the daily feed intake and average daily gain of test groupⅡincreased but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The feed-to-meat ratio of the test groupⅠand the test groupⅡwas lower than the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The diarrhea rate of the test groupⅠwere significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the spleen index of test groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The results suggested that adding compound Chinese herbal medicine to the feed of the young rabbits could improve the growth performance and immune function of the young rabbits,and the feeding effect was better when the additive amount was 1%.
