摘要
为了探究β-胡萝卜素对产后牦牛抗氧化指标的影响,试验选择年龄、胎次、体况评分相近,产犊时间为10 d以内的拉萨当雄县母牦牛20头,平均分为2组,每组10头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中每天添加300 mg/头的β-胡萝卜素,饲喂90 d。于发情后0,8,18天颈静脉采血测定各组牦牛的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,分析β-胡萝卜素对牦牛抗氧化指标的影响。结果表明:试验组T-AOC和SOD、GSH-Px活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),MDA含量与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);不同采血时间母牦牛的抗氧化指标变化不明显。说明β-胡萝卜素能提高产后牦牛的抗氧化指标,推测其对产后牦牛的抗氧化作用具有较长的时效性。
In order to explore the effect of β-carotene on antioxidant indexes of postpartum yaks, 20 female yaks with similar age, parity, body condition score and within 10 calving days in Dangxiong County of Lhasa were selected and divided into 2 groups with 10 yaks in each group. The control group was fed with basic diet and every yak in experimental group was added with 300 mg of β-carotene every day for 90 days,the oestrus began after feeding. The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC), superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity, glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content of yaks were measured at 0, 8 and 18 days after oestrus, and the effect of β-carotene on antioxidant index of yak was analysed. The results showed that the indexes of T-AOC, SOD and GSH-Px in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05) and the MDA content was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05);The antioxidant indexes of female yaks at different blood collection time did not change significantly. It was concluded that β-carotene could improve the antioxidant index of postpartum yak, and the antioxidant effect of β-carotene on postpartum yak had a long time efficiency.
