摘要
光微通道阵列面板能在亚毫米的厚度下实现对光线的良好准直,是一种新型的纤维光学准直器,有良好的应用前景。文章介绍了光微通道阵列面板的研究背景、光学原理和制造原理,详细分析了设计、材料和工艺因素对准直、透过率和分辨率性能的影响。结果表明透明光通道材料的折射率和通道直径越小,准直性能越好;通道间的节距越小,分辨率越高;黑玻璃的不透明度越好越有利于性能的提升;适当降低温度并减少高温时间对稳定和提升性能有利。
The optical micro-channel array panel can achieve good collimation of light under the thickness of sub-millimeter.It is a new type of fiber optic collimator and has good application prospects.This paper introduces the research background,optical principle and manufacturing principle of optical micro-channel array panel,and analyzes the influence of design,material and process factors on collimation,transmittance and resolution performance in detail.The results show that the smaller the refractive index and channel diameter of transparent optical channel material,the better the collimation performance;the smaller the pitch between channels,the higher the resolution;the better the opacity of black glass,the better the performance;the appropriate reduction of temperature and high temperature time is beneficial to the stability and improvement of performance.
