艺术设计类专业技术技能型人才的工匠精神培养研究

RESEARCH ON THE CULTIVATION OF CRAFTSMAN SPIRIT OF ART DESIGN PROFESSIONALS

在当前的时代发展过程中,社会对艺术设计类专业技术技能型人才的工匠精神有了更高的要求。因此,高校艺术设计类专业应强化对艺术设计类专业技术技能型人才工匠精神的培养。然而当前高校艺术设计类专业技术技能型人才的培养存在诸多方面的问题,针对这些现存的问题,本文提出了明确培养目标、创新教学方法、重视学生职业精神的培养、完善课程体系建设以及树立学生工匠精神信念五个方面的艺术设计类专业技术技能型人才的工匠精神培养策略。以期提升艺术设计类专业学生的技术能力。

In the current development process of The Times,the society has higher requirements for the artisan spirit of art and design professionals,so the art and design majors in colleges and universities should strengthen the cultivation of the artisan spirit of their own technical and technical talents.However the current university art design class professional skilled talents cultivation has many problems,aiming at the existing problems,this paper presents a clear training objectives,innovation teaching methods,attention to the cultivation of students'professional spirit,perfecting the course system construction and establish students spirit belief five aspects of art design class spirit cultivation strategy of professional and technical persons.It is expected to enhance the technical ability of students majoring in art and design.
