浅谈如何提升消防应急通信保障能力

IMPROVE THE ABILITY OF FIRE EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION

随着应急管理职能的拓展,安全生产事故、自然灾害、社会救助等救援任务一并纳入应急救援主业主责,使得消防救援队伍面临的任务愈加繁重,复杂、多变的救援现场使得救援难度大幅增加,而应急通信的高效畅通是确保救援工作圆满完成的重要手段。通过对消防应急通信的现状及存在的主要问题进行分析,并提出提升应急通信保障能力的建议。

With the expansion of emergency management functions,the rescue tasks of production safety accidents,natural disasters,social assistance and other rescue tasks are included in the main responsibility of emergency rescue,which makes the task of fire rescue team more and more arduous.The complex and changeable rescue scene makes the rescue more difficult.The efficient and smooth emergency communication is an important means to ensure the successful completion of the rescue work.This paper analyzes the status quo and main problems of fire emergency communication,and puts forward suggestions to improve the ability of emergency communication.
