浅谈柳钢防城港钢铁建设项目炼铁系统人力资源调配工作实践

PRACTICE OF HUMAN RESOURCE ALLOCATION OF LIUGANG FANGCHENGGANG IRON AND STEEL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

柳钢防城港钢铁建设项目于2018年正式启动,如何合理调配人力资源,确保项目按建设既定目标稳步推进以及项目投产后岗位人员匹配到位,生产线运作正常,给柳钢各单位HR管理工作者提出了很大的挑战。就柳钢防钢一步一期项目炼铁系统两座高炉建设和顺利投产,浅谈在人力资源调配方面的实践工作。

The Fangchenggang iron and steel construction project of Liugang was officially launched in 2018.How to reasonably allocate human resources to ensure the steady progress of the project according to the established construction goals,the matching of post personnel after the project is put into operation,and the normal operation of the production line pose a great challenge to the HR management workers of all units of Liugang.Based on the construction and smooth operation of two blast furnaces in ironmaking system of Fanggang phase I project,this paper discusses the practical work in human resource allocation.
