针对西气东输三线工程及陕京四线输气管道工程φ1219×33 mm规格X80M管线钢的技术要求,通过合理的成分设计、严格的加热制度和优化的控轧控冷工艺,南钢成功开发出具有高强韧性的33 mm厚度规格X80M管线钢,满足了西气东输三线工程及陕京四线输气管道工程φ1219×33 mm规格X80M管线钢的技术要求。

Aiming at the technical requirements of X80M pipeline steel with diameter ofφ1219×33 mm in the third west to east gas pipeline project and the fourth Shaanxi Beijing gas pipeline project,through reasonable design,strict heating system and optimized controlled rolling and controlled cooling process,the X80M pipeline steel with high strength and toxicity with thickness of 33 mm has been successfully developed.It meets the technical requirements ofφ1219×33 mmX80M pipeline steel for the third west to east gas pipeline project and the fourth Shaanxi Beijing gas pipeline project.
