国际环境的变迁与中苏(俄)建交七十年

The Change of International Environment and the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations Between China and Russia

文章着重从现实的中俄两国的根本利益角度出发、用与时俱进的视角看待中苏(俄)的关系,不纠缠于历史问题的束缚,强调的是新时期的合作、互利、依存、发展与共同繁荣。并在对中苏(俄)建交七十周年进行简要回顾的基础上,总结在重要的历史转换中两国关系的显著特征,分析当前国际环境变迁下中俄关系的发展现状,最后就中俄关系中存在的问题和障碍提出相应的对策和建议。

This paper focuses on the relationship between China and Russia from the perspective of the fundamental interests of China and Russia. It does not entangle in the shackles of historical issues, but emphasizes cooperation, mutual benefit, dependence, development, and common prosperity in the new era. Based on the brief review of the 70 th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia, this paper summarizes the significant characteristics of the relations between the two countries in the important historical transformation, analyzes the current development situation of the relations between China and Russia under the change of the current international environment, and finally puts forward corresponding suggestions on the problems and obstacles existing in the relations between China and Russia.
