乡村振兴背景下乡村文化的发展困境与功能重塑——以皖北地区为例

The Development Dilemma and Functional Remodeling of Rural Culture Under the Background of Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of the Northern Areas in Anhui Province

目前以淮河文化为代表的皖北乡村文化日渐衰弱,其发展面临多重困境。文章从挖掘文化资源以激发乡村文化的传承功能和重塑乡村文化的内聚性以提升文化的治理功能入手,重塑皖北地区乡村文化的价值功能。

At present, the rural culture in Northern Anhui, represented by Huaihe culture, is declining. Its development is facing multiple difficulties. This paper, starting from excavating cultural resources, attempts to stimulate the inheritance function of rural culture and reshape the cohesion of rural culture, which will contribute to the governance function of culture, and reshape the value function of rural culture in Northern Anhui.
