摘要 目的为解决传统桥梁荷载试验车辆布载方案设计中存在的计算繁琐、耗时较长以及加载方案优化的问题,自主研究开发一套“索吊桥梁荷载试验车辆自动化布载程序(CSBVL)”。方法综合考虑了多目标约束及优化布载设计,采用Python编程语言编制了CSBVL自动化布载程序;以一座跨径为100 m系杆拱桥为例,分别采用CSBVL程序与某商业软件的试验自动化加载模块对荷载试验车辆布置方案进行自动化计算,从软件计算效率、非控制截面加载效率和布载结果优化多个方面进行对比分析。结果在某些常用试验参数设定下,该商业软件计算的布载方案存在非控制截面加载效率的最大值超出规定值的8.6%,危害荷载试验时桥梁结构安全;CSBVL计算得出的布载方案能够在满足桥梁静载试验的规范的基础上,通过“性价比”评价得出兼顾经济性、安全性的布载方案。结论与某商业软件相比,CSBVL具有自动化程度高、布载方案经济、安全等优势,可以广泛应用于各类桥梁的荷载试验方案设计中,具有很好的推广应用价值。 To solve the problems of complicated calculation,long time-consuming and optimization of loading scheme in the design of traditional bridge load test vehicle layout,a set of automatic layout programs-"Cable-suspender Bridge Testing Vehicle Safety Layout Program(CSBVL)"was researched and developed.Combined with the multi-objective restriction and optimization method,the CSBVL was programmed with Python language.Then,the testing vehicle layout of a 100m length tied arch bridge was calculated and compared with the CSBVL program and certain commercial automatic layout software.The calculation efficiency,non-critical section loading efficiency,and loading scheme result optimization were analyzed with two methods.The comparison results show that the loading scheme calculated by the commercial software has a maximum loading efficiency of a non-critical section that exceeds 8.6%of the specified value and endangers the safety of the bridge structure during the load test.While,the loading scheme calculated by the CSBVL program can satisfy the specifications of the bridge static load test,and the calculated loading scheme can meet the requirement of economic and safety through the'performance-price ratio'evaluation.Compared with commercial software,CSBVL has the advantages of a high degree of automation,economical and safe loading scheme,and can be widely used in the design of load test schemes for various bridges,and has a good value in popularization and application.
