消化道第三空间的诊治进展

消化道第三空间是指消化道管壁内的空间,需要经过内镜解剖与剥离才能暴露,而间质组织及间质液存在于其中。第三空间的诊疗技术是在内镜基础上发展而来的微创技术。第三空间在一些消化系统疾病的诊断中有重大意义,例如胃肠道黏膜下病变活检、间质液检测等。同时,第三空间也具有重要的疾病治疗价值,如内镜手术、内外科联合手术、微装置及药物泵植入和消化道微整形等。本文对消化道第三空间相关诊疗进展做以综述。
