摘要
【目的】为了提高核桃分离装置的清选性能,研究核桃物料空气动力学特性,本研究设计了一种核桃风选分离装置.【方法】以新新2核桃为试验对象,首先对正常核桃与空瘪核桃的空气动力学特性进行理论分析,获得其悬浮速度,然后设计了核桃风选分离装置,并对风机进行选型计算,确定风机型号和转速范围,最终对该装置进行正交试验,确定其较优参数组合,并进行试验验证,验证其工作性能.【结果】通过采用理论分析与试验验证相结合的方式,得到正常核桃与空瘪核桃的悬浮速度分别为28.72、23.26 m/s,确定风机型号为2.5A-CF(A),取风机转速范围为2400~3400 r/min;试制物理装置,并进行正交试验,获得该装置的较优参数组合:风机转速2900 r/min、调风板倾角80°、喂入量900 kg/h,试验验证结果表明该装置的核桃清选率为98.95%,损失率为1.24%.【结论】该装置有效地提高了核桃清选率,降低了损失率,具备良好的清选性能,可为研制核桃分离装置提供理论参考.
【Objective】In order to improve the separation performance of walnut separation device and study the aerodynamic characteristics of walnut materials,a walnut air separation device was designed in this paper.【Method】The cultivar Xinxin 2 was used as the test object.Firstly,the aerodynamic characteristics of normal walnut and deflated walnut were analyzed theoretically to obtain their suspension speed,then the walnut air separation device was designed,and the fan was selected and calculated to determine the fan type and speed,and finally the device Orthogonal test to determine the better parameter combination,and test verification to verify its performance.【Result】Through the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the suspension speeds of normal walnuts and empty walnuts are 28.72 m/s and 23.26 m/s,respectively.The fan model is determined to be 2.5A-CF(A),taking the fan speed range 2400~3400 r/min.Trial manufacture of physical device,and orthogonal test to obtain the preferred parameter combination of the device is the fan speed was 2900 r/min,the inclination angle of the wind regulating plate was 80°,and the feeding amount was 900 kg/h,and test verification results show that the walnut cleaning rate of the device was 98.95%,and the loss rate was 1.24%.【Conclusion】The device can effectively improve the walnut cleaning rate and reduce the loss rate,and has good cleaning performance.
