摘要
采用脉冲涡流技术对冲刷减薄的弯管进行腐蚀成像检测,介绍了脉冲涡流检测技术的基本原理与特点。对两条冲刷减薄的弯管分别进行了常规超声测厚、电磁超声测厚和脉冲涡流检测试验。检测结果表明:常规超声技术和电磁超声技术难以检测出严重的冲刷减薄区域的厚度,而脉冲涡流检测技术能较好地解决这一难题,可以进行工程推广应用。
In this paper,having pulsed eddy current detection technique adopted to complete corrosion imaging testing of scour thinning elbows was implemented,including the introduction of basic principle and characteristics of the pulse eddy current detection technique.The conventional ultrasonic thickness measurement,electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness measurement and pulsed eddy current testing of two scour thinning elbows were carried out respectively.The results showed that,detecting thickness of serious scour thinning area by conventional ultrasonic technique and electromagnetic ultrasonic technique becomes difficult and the pulsed eddy current detection technique proposed in this paper can solve this problem well and can be widely used in the engineering.
