摘要
直径很大且弹性区厚度不到5mm的密封盘作为高压换热器的核心结构,一旦发生变形将导致整个设备瘫痪。通过对密封盘建立三维几何模型,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件进行结构模拟分析,分析结果为:在高压换热器运行初期,密封盘的变形量很小,主要失效形式是腐蚀形成微裂纹而失效;若在高压换热器运行时密封盘受力过大,就会发生密封盘变形失效。
The sealing disc with larger diameter and the elastic zone less than 5mm is the core structure in high pressure heat exchangers and its deformation would paralyze whole equipment.In this paper,a three-dimensional geometric model for the sealing disc was established and making use of ANSYS Workbench software to analyze the results of structure simulation showed that,the sealing disc deformation is very small at early stage of the operation of the high-pressure heat exchanger,and the corrosion and microcrack are main failure forms.Stressing the sealing disc too much would incur both deformation and failure to the sealing disc.
