摘要
首先介绍了单螺杆泵的组成和螺杆曲面的生成原理,给出了双头单螺杆泵转子骨线、定子骨线、转子等距线和定子等距线的方程,然后给出了装配后转子在定子坐标系中的方程。考虑丁腈橡胶的摩擦磨损特性和生产实际的需求,以过流面积、流动接触点最小相对滑动速度、变幅系数和固定接触点最大综合曲率作为优化设计的目标建立了双头单螺杆泵的优化设计模型。基于文中的数学模型编制了双头单螺杆泵型线的优化设计软件,该软件在生产现场得到推广应用。
In this paper,both composition of double-head single screw pump and the generating principle of the screw surface were described,and the equations of double-head single screw pump’s rotor bone line,stator bone line,rotor equidistance line and stator equidistance line were presented,including the equation of assembled rotor in the stator coordinate system.Considering butyl rubber’s friction and wear characteristics and actual production’s requirements and though taking area of flow,minimum relative sliding velocity of the flowing contact point,amplitude coefficient and maximum compositive curvature of the fixed contact point as the optimization design goals,the optimal design model for double-head single-screw pump was established.In addition,having mathematical model of this paper based to develop the software for optimal design of the double-head single screw pump was implemented.
