摘要 随着当今社会对资源、环境保护等方面的日益重视,传统的高碱度、高氧化性、大渣量的脱磷理念越来越受到限制。通过对转炉脱磷过程的分析,明确了降低吹炼后期炉渣碱度,增强固磷效果的方法,减少了钢水回磷现象的发生。 With the increasing attention to resources and environmental protection,the traditional concept of dephosphorization with high alkalinity,high oxidation and large amount of slag is increasingly restricted.Based on the analysis of dephosphorization process of converter,the method of reducing slag basicity in the later stage of blowing and enhancing the effect of phosphorus fixation is made clear,so as to reduce the occurrence of dephosphorization in molten steel.
