摘要
为保证石油管道焊缝满足相关标准,提出了采用数字射线检测系统对焊缝质量检测的想法。在分析数字射线检测系统工作原理的基础上对其中关键器件功能进行分析,以石油管道焊缝质量检测为例搭建数字射线检测系统,并对比数字射线和胶片射线检测系统的优劣势得出:数字射线检测系统在检测速度、成像质量以及效率等均优于胶片射线检测系统。
In order to ensure that the weld seam of petroleum pipeline meets the relevant standards,the idea of using digital ray detection system to detect weld quality is put forward.On the basis of analyzing the working principle of the digital ray detection system,the functions of the key devices are analyzed,and the digital ray detection system is built with the oil pipeline weld quality inspection as an example.Through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of digital ray and film ray detection system,it is concluded that digital ray detection system is superior to film ray detection system in detection speed,imaging quality and efficiency.
