摘要
粗甲醇的精制是甲醇产品装置的最后一个工段,精馏工艺的优劣直接关系到甲醇产品的质量以及全流程的能耗。首先介绍了甲醇四塔精馏工艺,其次针对四塔精馏工艺存在一定的不足,提出一种新的甲醇四塔精馏工艺——甲醇精馏热泵工艺,并利用Aspen plus流程模拟软件,探讨了甲醇四塔精馏热泵工艺的操作条件优化。结果显示,新工艺加压塔塔顶精甲醇采出量为24000kg/h时,常压塔中间采出量为19800kg/h时,流程的操作最优。甲醇精馏热泵工艺相对于四塔工艺,大幅度降低了能耗,值得进一步深入研究并推广应用。
The refining of crude methanol is the last section of methanol product unit.The quality of distillation process is directly related to the quality of methanol product and the energy consumption of the whole process.This paper first introduces the methanol four-tower distillation process,and then puts forward a new methanol four towers distillation process-methanol distillation heat pump process in view of the shortcomings of the four-tower distillation process,and uses the Aspen plus process simulation software.The optimization of operating conditions of methanol four-tower distillation heat pump process is discussed.The results show that when the production of refined methanol at the top of the pressurized tower is 24,000 kg/h and the intermediate production of the atmospheric tower is 19,800 kg/h,the operation of the process is optimal.Compared with the four-tower process,methanol distillation heat pump process greatly reduces energy consumption,which is worthy of further study and application.
