摘要
炼焦过程中的废气内含有大量的硫化物和氮氧化物,是形成酸雨的主要污染气体,针对目前的湿法脱硫脱硝技术存在的工艺流程长、脱硫、脱硝效率低、成本高的难题,提出了一种新的干法脱硫+选择性催化还原脱硝的工艺,其工艺流程简单、效率高、成本低。根据实际应用表明,新工艺方法能够将脱硫率提升65.5%,脱硝率提升66.4%,将成本降低17.4%,有效提升焦化生产时的经济性,减少对环境的污染。
The waste gas in coking process contains a large number of sulfides and nitrogen oxides,which is the main pollution gas to form acid rain.Aiming at the problems of long process flow,low desulfurization,denitrification efficiency and high cost,a new process of dry desulfurization selective catalytic reduction and denitrification is proposed.The process is simple,efficient and low cost.According to the practical application,the new process can increase the desulfurization rate by 65.5%,the denitrification rate by 66.4%,reduce the cost by 17.4%,which effectively improves the economy of coking production and reduces the pollution to the environment.
