Study on optimal test of coking coal and coal preparation structure

为进一步达到提升炼焦企业所得焦炭产品质量,降低生产成本,最终提高企业竞争力的目的。在阐述先进配煤管理系统的基础上,对当前配煤结构比例下对应的现状进行分析,并采用40kg小焦炉对不同配煤结构比例下的生产成本和焦炭产品性能进行综合对比,最终得出适合公司的最佳配煤结构比例,为后续提升其企业竞争力具有重要意义。

In order to further improve the quality of coke products,reduce production costs,and ultimately improve the competitiveness of enterprises,this paper analyzes the current situation under the proportion of coal blending structure,and uses 40 kg small coke oven to compare the production cost and coke product performance under different proportion of coal blending structure based on the advanced coal blending management system.Finally,the optimum proportion of coal blending structure suitable for the company is obtained,which is of great significance for the subsequent promotion of the competitiveness of its enterprises.
