外用中药治疗压力性溃疡的研究进展

Research progress on external use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pressure ulcer

压力性溃疡,又称“压疮”“褥疮”“席疮”,与身体局部组织长期受压,发生持续性缺血、缺氧有关。中医药疗法对于压力性溃疡的研究源远流长,常以外用中药(单方或复方中药制剂外敷,或配合针灸疗法)治疗该病,临床研究也证实外用中药治疗压力性溃疡具有疗效显著、费用低廉、操作方便的特点,在此对外用中药治疗压力性溃疡的临床研究进行综述,为外用中药的临床应用提供依据。

Pressure ulcer,also known as“pressure sore”“bedsore”and“mat sores”,is related to long-term pressure on local tissues of the body,resulting in continuous ischemia and hypoxia.Traditional Chinese medicine therapy has a long history in the study of pressure ulcer,which is often treated with external use of traditional Chinese medicine(single or compound Chinese medicine preparation external application,or combined with acupuncture therapy).Clinical studies have also confirmed that external use of traditional Chinese medicine of pressure ulcer has the characteristics of remarkable curative effect,low cost and convenient operation.Therefore,this paper reviews the clinical research of external use of traditional Chinese medicine of pressure ulcer to provide basis for the clinical application of external Chinese medicine.
