摘要 目前高校辅导员群体学术能力不强、学术成果不佳、学术动力不足等原因造成的学术话语权弱势问题凸显,理论层面削弱了其在思想政治教育学科的“发言权”,实践层面影响了在思想政治教育活动中的“底气”。解构其理性而专业的群体形象,激发辅导员行使学术话语“权利”的自觉,提升运用“权利”的能力,搭建“权利”向“权力”转化的路径是重构辅导员学术话语权的重要策略。 College advisors academic discourse power in China is noticeably weak because of their inadequate academic competence,mediocre academic achievements and insufficient motivation.As far as ideological and political education is concerned,their voice is weakened at the theoretical level and their confidence is compromised at the practical one.Naturally,damage is done to their group image as rational professionals.It is imperative for colleges and universities to stimulate advisors consciousness of discourse power and enhance their ability to wield it so their voice can become real power.
