摘要
当前高校辅导员职业压力具有复杂性和多源性,面对高校辅导员职业压力调适策略多样,但阻力重重;职业压力调适阶段性成果丰富,但长效机制严重缺位;职业压力调适挑战因素频增,自我调适陷入个体迷失等现状,应有意识地坚持问题导向,变执行阻力为前进动力;建立健全长效机制,保障阶段性调适成果落地生根;把握调适内在规律,创新自我调适方法进行有效引导。
The occupational stress from which college advisors suffer stems from multiple sources and is complicated in nature.Their adjustment strategies are often met with resistance,the phased objectives they achieve are not backed up by long-acting support mechanisms and they often get lost in the face of new challenges.Improvement of the situation requires problem-based strategies and sound long-acting mechanisms so that resistance can become motivation and adjustment achievements can take root.It is also important to help advisors understand the internal law of stress adjustment and come up with innovative self-adjustment methods.
