大学生学业压力下的心理健康研究——以西安市理工类“双一流”高校为例

摘要 采用SCL-90自评量表对871名“双一流”理工类专业学生进行心理测评,结果考试复习月期间理工科学生的心理健康和常模相比情况不佳,心理问题检出率高。通宵熬夜、身体健康状况对他们心理健康有显著影响,运动能够提升理工科大学生的心理健康水平。开展真实有效的理想信念教育激发“双一流”理工类高校大学生学习动力,加强“双一流”理工类大学生心理健康教育,合理安排睡眠时间,积极参加课外体育锻炼,同时要建立一支大学生心理援助辅导体系,需要构建多维度学生评价体系。 Psychological tests of 871 science students from double first-rate universities with the SCL-90 reveal that students are usually in a poorer mental health condition in the month of final-exam preparation,with a high incidence of mental problems.The tests also show that,while exercise can boost mental health,staying up late and poor physical health produce obvious negative effect.The double first-rate universities need to carry out a genuine ideal and belief education so the science majors can be more motivated to learn.It is equally important to provide mental health education,telling students to budget their time rationally so they do not have to sacrifice sleep and to take an active part in extracurricular physical exercises.Also needed are a strong psychological assistance system and a multi-dimensional performance evaluation system for the students.
