浅析黑龙江省高校双创人才培养

通过对黑龙江省高校双创人才培养现状进行分析,对黑龙江省院校双创课程开展情况进行调研,经济的发展根本的驱动力是高素质创新人才,黑龙江省人才流失严重,经过调研分析发现黑龙江省高校双创人才培养存在高校学生创新创业意识淡薄、高校创新创业课程设置不合理、“双创”教育与信息时代人才需求不符等问题,并提出增加双创教育的普及性、促进双创教育与专业教育融合、搭建创新创业教育开放协同平台等改进黑龙江高校双创人才培养的建议。
