Application Effect of PDCA Management Mode in the Quality Control of Multi-Parameter Monitors

目的探讨PDCA管理模式在多参数监护仪质量控制中的应用效果。方法选取医院2019年1月至2020年6月的120台多参数监护仪作为研究对象,其中,2019年1—9月未实施PDCA管理,2019年10月至2020年6月实施PDCA管理,比较PDCA管理模式实施前后多参数监护仪的检测一次合格率、维修率及质量控制检测结果。结果实施PDCA管理模式后多参数监护仪的检测一次合格率高于实施前,维修率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA管理模式的实施可有效降低多参数监护仪的故障率,提升安全系数。

Objective The application effect of PDCA management mode in the quality control of multiparameter monitors was investigated.Methods A total of 120 multi-parameter monitors used in the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.PDCA management mode was not implemented from January to September in 2019,it was implemented from October 2019 to June 2020.The first pass yield,repair rate and quality control test results of the multi-parameter monitors before and after the implementation of the PDCA management mode were compared.Results After the implementation of the PDCA management mode,the first pass yield of the multi-parameter monitors was higher than that before the implementation,and the repair rate was lower than that before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA management mode could effectively reduce the failure rate of multi-parameter monitors and improve the safety factor.
