鼻齿槽矫正联合鼻模塑形在单侧完全性唇裂鼻畸形手术中的应用效果

Application Effects of Nasoalveolar Correction Combined with Nasal Splint in Unilateral Complete Cleft Lip Nasal Deformity Surgery

目的探讨鼻齿槽矫正联合鼻模塑形在单侧完全性唇裂鼻畸形手术中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1-3月医院接诊的40例单侧完全性唇裂鼻畸形患儿作为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C、D组,每组10例。A组行术前鼻齿槽矫正及唇鼻畸形手术并在术后佩戴鼻模塑形的序列治疗,B组行术前鼻齿槽矫正及唇鼻畸形手术,C组行唇鼻畸形手术及术后佩戴鼻模塑形,D组单纯行唇鼻畸形手术,对比4组治疗后的鼻底宽度对称值及鼻孔高度对称值。结果治疗后,4组鼻底宽度对称值及鼻孔高度对称值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组鼻底宽度对称值均大于B、C、D组,鼻孔高度对称值均小于B、C、D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D组鼻底宽度对称值均小于B、C组,鼻孔高度对称值均大于B、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组鼻底宽度对称值、鼻孔高度对称值与C组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将鼻齿槽矫正联合鼻模塑形应用于单侧完全性唇裂鼻畸形手术中的效果显著,可明显改善鼻部形态对称性,利于促进唇裂鼻畸形的恢复。

Objective The application effects of nasoalveolar correction combined with nasal splint in unilateral complete cleft lip nasal deformity surgery were investigated.Methods 40 children with unilateral complete cleft lip nasal deformity who have been treated in the hospital from January to March in 2019 were selected as the subjects,and they were randomly divided into four groups(A,B,C,D),with 10 cases in each group.Group A underwent preoperative nasoalveolar correction and lip&nose deformity surgery and postoperative sequential treatment of nasal splint.Group B underwent preoperative nasoalveolar correction and lip&nose deformity surgery.Group C underwent lip&nose deformity surgery and postoperative nasal splint.Group D simply underwent lip&nose deformity surgery.The symmetric values of nasal base width and nostril height were compared among the four groups after treatment.Results When the symmetrical values of nasal base width and nostril height were compared after treatment in the four groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The symmetrical value of nasal base width in group A was larger than those in group B,C,and D and the symmetrical value of nostril height in group A was smaller than those in group B,C,and D,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The symmetrical value of nasal base width in group D was smaller than those in group B and C,and the symmetrical value of nostril height in group D was larger than those in group B and C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);when the symmetrical values of nasal base width and nostril height in group B were compared with group C,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion When nasoalveolar correction and nasal splint were applied in unilateral complete cleft lip nasal deformity surgery,the clinical efficacy was obvious,with the symmetry of nasal shape improved and cleft lip nasal deformity recovered.
