中药圣愈汤对高龄半髋置换围手术期贫血的影响

Effect of Shengyu Decoction on Anemia in Elderly Patients Undergoing Hip Replacement

目的结合关节置换加速康复围手术期血液管理措施,评价中药圣愈汤对高龄半髋置换患者围手术期贫血的影响。方法选取北京王府中西医结合医院2018年1月至2020年8月收治的64例半髋置换的高龄患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组32例。两组均进行围术期血液管理,研究组在术前5 d口服中药圣愈汤加减,对照组不服用中药,记录两组术前1 d及术后1、3、7、14 d外周血血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞比积(HCT)。结果术前1 d及术后1、3、7、14 d HGB、HCT研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药圣愈汤结合围手术期血液管理对高龄半髋关节置换围术期血红蛋白及红细胞比积的恢复有明显促进作用,可有效改善围术期贫血。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Shengyu Decoction on anemia in elderly patients with hip replacement.Methods A total of 64 elderly patients with hemiarthroplasty admitted to Beijing Wangfu Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,32 cases in each group.Both groups were given perioperative blood management.The study group took Shengyu Decoction 5 days before operation,while the control group did not take traditional Chinese medicine.Hemoglobin(HGB)and hematocrit(HCT)were recorded 1 day before operation and 1,3,7,14 days after operation.Results The levels of HGB and HCT in the study group were higher than those in the control group 1 d before operation and 1,3,7,14 days after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengyu Decoction combined with perioperative blood management can significantly promote the recovery of hemoglobin and hematocrit in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement,and can effectively improve perioperative anemia.
