温中消疡汤联合黄芪建中汤加减在十二指肠溃疡患者中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Wenzhong Xiaoyang Decoction Combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in Patients with Duodenal Ulcer

目的探析十二指肠溃疡患者使用温中消疡汤联合黄芪建中汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法选取南通市通州区中医院2017年1月至2019年12月收治的80例十二指肠溃疡患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各40例,对照组患者应用黄芪建中汤加减治疗,在此基础上,试验组运用温中消疡汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗总有效率,治疗前后的中医症候积分、血清相关指标情况,不良反应发生率及复发率。结果治疗总有效率中,对照组(72.50%)与试验组(97.50%),对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,对比两组中医症候积分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组较对照组低,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、核因子κB水平,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组均降低,与对照组比,试验组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者中发生便秘2例,试验组存在口干现象为2例,均自行消失;复发率中,对照组(25.00%)与试验组(5.00%),组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论十二指肠溃疡患者使用温中消疡汤联合黄芪建中汤加减治疗,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenzhong Xiaoyang Decoction combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of duodenal ulcer.Methods A total of 80 duodenal ulcer patients,who were admitted to Nantong Tongzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2019,were selected as the study subjects and divided into control and test groups,each with 40 cases,using a random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction plus and minus treatment,and on this basis,the test group was treated with Wenzhong Xiaoyang Decoction.To compare the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups,before and after treatment syndrome score,serum related index conditions,incidence of adverse effects and recurrence rate.Results Among the total effective rates of treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the control group 72.50%and the test group 97.50%;before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05),after treatment,the test group was lower than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand nuclear factorκB were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05),and after treatment,they were lower in the test group compared with the control group(P<0.05);constipation occurred in 2 patients in the control group and the presence of dry mouth in 2 patients in the test group,both of which resolved spontaneously.Among the recurrences,there was a significant difference between the control group 25.00%and the test group 5.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Wenzhong Xiaoyang Decoction combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on duodenal ulcer is significant.
