高脂血症合并高血压采用瑞舒伐他汀钙与阿托伐他汀钙治疗的临床效果观察

Effect of Rosuvastatin Calcium and Atorvastatin Calcium in the Treatment of Hyperlipidemia with Hypertension

目的探究高脂血症合并高血压采用瑞舒伐他汀钙与阿托伐他汀钙治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月如皋市人民医院收治的50例高脂血症合并高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各25例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙治疗,试验组给予瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗,分析两组治疗结果的差异性。结果试验组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);试验组治疗后舒张压、收缩压水平低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高脂血症合并高血压患者接受瑞舒伐他汀钙与阿托伐他汀钙治疗,均可获得一定的效果,其中瑞舒伐他汀钙的应用,能够更好促进效果的提高,改善患者的血脂、血压指标水平,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rosuvastatin calcium and atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hyperlipidemia with hypertension.Methods A total of 50 patients with hyperlipidemia and hypertension admitted to Rugao People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,25 cases each.The control group was given atorvastatin calcium treatment,and the test group was given rosuvastatin calcium treatment,and the differences in treatment outcomes between the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)in experimental groups were lower than those in control group,and the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in experimental groups were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both rosuvastatin calcium and atorvastatin calcium can achieve certain effects in patients with hyperlipidemia and hypertension,and the application of rosuvastatin calcium can better promote the improvement of the effect and improve the blood lipid and blood pressure index levels of patients,it's worth promoting.
