妇科千金胶囊联合醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果

Clinical effect of Fuke Qianjin Capsule Combined with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate in the Treatment of Endometriosis

目的观察妇科千金胶囊联合醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年5月昆山市中医医院收治的112例子宫内膜异位症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各56例。对照组给予醋酸甲羟孕酮肌肉注射,观察组在对照组基础上加用妇科千金胶囊口服。对比两组的临床效果、盆腔相关性疼痛程度、免疫功能相关指标变化、用药的安全性、自然妊娠情况。结果观察组、对照组的有效率分别为91.07%、76.48%,观察组有效率更高(P<0.05);观察组患者盆腔痛等评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)及自然杀伤(NK)细胞水平较对照组均明显升高(P<0.05);对照组不良反应率明显高于观察组(P<0.05);随访1年,对照组的自然妊娠率明显低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论妇科千金胶囊联合醋酸甲羟孕酮利于促进患者子宫体的恢复,减轻盆腔疼痛,提高免疫力、自然妊娠率,且用药安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of fuke qianjin capsule combined with medroxyprogesterone on the treatment of endometriosis.Methods A total of 112 patients with endometriosis admitted to Kunshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 56 patients in each group.The control group patients were given medroxyprogesterone acetate muscle injection,while in the observation group,fuke qianjin capsule was added to the control group.Clinical efficacy,pelvic pain,changes in immune function,safety of medication,and natural pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 91.07%and 76.48%respectively,and the effective rate of the observation group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The score of pelvic pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);observation group after treatment in patients with immune function was improved significantly,the levels of IgA,IgG,IgM and NK cell were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of control group was significantly higher than the observation group of adverse reaction rate(P<0.05);following up for 1 year,the natural pregnancy rate in the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuke qianjin capsule combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate is beneficial to promote the recovery of uterine body of endometriosis patients,reduce pelvic pain of patients,improve the immunity of the body,improve the natural pregnancy,and safe and reliable medication.
