异丙托溴铵雾化联合氨溴索治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Ipratropium Bromide Atomization Combined with Ambroxol in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in the Elderly

目的研究异丙托溴铵雾化联合氨溴索治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床效果及对肺功能和血气指标的影响。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月无锡市第二中医医院收治的80例老年COPD患者作为观察对象,依据随机数字表法分为A组和B组,各40例。A组采用异丙托溴铵雾化联合氨溴索治疗,B组采用氨溴索治疗。比较两组各项指标。结果A组治疗有效率高于B组(P<0.05)。A组不良反应发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的两组治疗后的第1s用力呼吸量(FEV1)、FEV1占预计值的百分比(FEV1/FVC)、最大呼气峰流速(PEF)肺功能指标均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。A组各肺功能指标也均高于B组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)等血气指标均高于治疗前(P<0.05),A组的PaO2、SpO2血气指标均高于B组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)指标均低于治疗前(P<0.05),A组的PaCO2指标低于B组(P<0.05)。结论老年COPD采用异丙托溴铵雾化联合氨溴索治疗,疗效显著且安全性高,还能够改善肺功能指标和血气指标。

Objective To study the effect of ipratropium bromide atomization combined with ambroxol in the treatment of elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 80 elderly COPD patients admitted to Wuxi Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into group A and group B with 40 cases each according to the random number table method.Group A was treated with ipratropium bromide atomization combined with ambroxol,while group B was treated with ambroxol.Compare the indicators of the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the pulmonary function index of the two groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The pulmonary function index of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Blood gas index(PaO2,SpO2)of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The blood gas index(PaO2,SpO2)of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).The PaCO2 indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The PaCO2 index of group A was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Ipratropium bromide atomization combined with ambroxol in elderly COPD is effective and safe,and can improve lung function and blood gas index.
