酶标仪在艾滋病血液检验中的应用及价值研究

Study on the Application and Value of ELISA in Blood Test of AIDS

目的评价艾滋病血液检验中酶标仪的重要价值。方法选取2018年9月至2020年3月镇江市丹徒区疾病预防控制中心52例艾滋病已确诊者加以观察,因血液检验法不同,对所有患者均采用艾滋病检测试纸检验和酶标仪检验,检查方式包括两种,采用艾滋病检测试纸检验设为对照组,行酶标仪检验设为观察组,对比两组检验后的临床结果,并分析其价值。结果检验后,观察组检出率94.23%明显较对照组76.92%更高(P<0.05);与对照组对比,观察组患者检验整体消耗时间较长、采血量较多(P<0.05)。结论疾控中心艾滋病血液检验中,酶标仪检验虽然耗时长、采血量较多,但在结果的准确性上更具有优势,可更准确地判断患者疾病情况,从而给予最佳诊疗依据。

Objective To evaluate the important value of ELISA in AIDS blood test.Methods From September 2018 to March 2020,52 AIDS blood testers from Dantu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected for observation.Due to the different blood test methods,AIDS test paper test and elisa test were used for all the patients.There were two methods of testing.The AIDS test paper test was used as the control group and the ELISA test was used as the observation group.Results After the test,the detection rate of 94.23%in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group 76.92%(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group took longer to test and took more blood(P<0.05).Conclusion IAlthough it takes a long time and blood collection for CDC AIDS blood test,microplate reader test has advantages in the accuracy of the results,which can judge the patient's disease condition more accurately and thus give the best diagnosis and treatment basis.
