摘要
为满足数字化加工和无纸化信息管理发展的需求,推进加工信息一体化模式的应用,对可视化技术在船舶管件加工中的应用进行研究。通过该技术将设计轻量化模型、二维图纸和加工数据集成在同一平台上,实现模型和参数一体化呈现,制造部门可通过该平台直观地看到产品模型和加工信息,为船舶管件加工提供更有效的加工或校核方式,为智能化加工的推进奠定基础。
In order to meet the demand of digital manufacturing and paperless information management and to promote the application of integrated processing information,this paper studies the application of visualization technology in marine pipe processing,which integrated the lightweight model design,2D drawings and the processing data onto one platform to realize the integrated presentation.The manufacturing department can directly view the product models and the processing information,thus to provide more effective processing or verification methods for digital and traditional modes,and to lay the foundation for the promotion of intelligent manufacturing.
