摘要
国内外数字文化产业发展呈现出发展战略化、深度融合化和产业互联化的特征,表现出了强劲的增长态势和广泛渗透性。当前,基于5G、大数据、云计算、区块链等技术的飞速发展和我国文化消费市场的快速增长,我国数字文化已经进入爆发期,网络游戏、网络新闻、短视频、网络文学等典型新业态发展迅速。遗憾的是,我国数字文化产业在产业认知、产业结构、产业要素、产业竞争力等方面还存在一些不足,这些问题有的属于理念问题,有的属于产业政策问题,有的属于技术创新限制问题。未来应从产业要素、产业服务、行业治理和国际竞争力等方面全面入手,快速提升我国数字文化产业的发展效率,推动数字文化产业迈上高质量发展新台阶。
The development of digital cultural industry at home and abroad shows the characteristics of strategic development,deep integration and industrial interconnection,showing a strong growth trend and wide penetration.At present,based on the rapid development of 5G,big data,cloud computing,blockchain and others and the rapid growth of China’s cultural consumption market,China’s digital culture is entering an explosive period,and has the rapid development of typical emerging industries such as online games,online news,short video and online literature.Unfortunately,there are some deficiencies in industrial cognition,industrial structure,industrial elements and industrial competitiveness in digital cultural industry.Some of these problems belong to the concept problem,while some of these belong to the industrial policy problem or the limitation of technological innovation.In the future,the country should work on the industrial elements,industrial services,industrial governance and international competitiveness to speed up the development efficiency and promote the digital cultural industry to the high-quality new stage.
