On the paradox of action transmission as a general paradox

在西格伯格的动态行动逻辑中,行动的后果具有传递性。切拉斯发现,行动后果的传递性在逻辑上会导致日常行动推理上的不可接受性,于是他提出了“行动传递怪论”。在广义逻辑悖论的视域下,行动传递怪论其实是一种悖论。对于行动传递悖论,最直观的解悖方案有两种:一是限定推理的范围;二是加入语境因素。根据RZH解悖标准:限定推理范围解悖方案不满足充分狭窄性,也不满足非特设性;而语境解悖方案的特设性也过强。故两种解悖方案都不太令人满意,对于行动传递悖论有待进一步研究。

In Segerberg’s dynamic logic of action,the consequences of actions are transitive.Chellas found that the transitivity of the consequences of actions logically leads to the unacceptability of the reasoning of daily actions,for which he proposed“the weird theory of action transmission”.From the perspective of generalized logical paradox,the bizarre theory of action transmission is actually a paradox.For the action transmission paradox,there are two most intuitive solutions to the paradox:one is to limit the scope of reasoning;the other is to add contextual factors.According to the RZH standard:the paradox solution with limited reasoning scope does not satisfy the sufficient narrowness,nor does it satisfy the non-adhoc nature,and the contextual paradox solution is too specific.Therefore,the two paradox solutions are not satisfactory,and further research is needed for the paradox of action transmission.
