在自媒体时代,碎片化的信息获取方式与娱乐至上的价值取向,导致共鸣取代了获知、急躁淹没了耐心、情绪遮蔽了理性。网民群体的结构性缺陷、网民身份的易逝性和多变性、网络话语的“广场性”、协同过滤机制的存在,网络公共领域和私人领域的混杂化都是导致网络理性缺失的重要原因和推手。网络理性是促进网络健康有序发展的先决条件和应有之义,重塑网络理性应推进网络多中心协同治理,厘清网络言论边界,改进网络管控策略,培育网络意见领袖,坚守传统媒体的价值底线,涵养网民的公共精神。

In the self-media era,the information acquisition method is fragmented and the value orientation is pan-entertainment.It caused that resonance replaces knowing,impatience drowns patience,emotion obscures reason.The structural defects of the netizens group,the perishability and changeability of netizens’identity,the broadness of network discourse,the existence of collaborative filtering mechanism,the hybridization of internet public areas and private areas,all of these are the important causes and promoters of the lack of network rationality.The network rationality is the prerequisite and fundamental significance of promoting the development of network on healthy and orderly way.Promoting the polycentric collaborative governance,clarifying the boundary of online speech,improving the supervision strategy of network,fostering thekey opinion leaders,sticking to the value bottom line of traditional media,cultivating the public spirit of net citizen,all are effective strategies for rebuilding the network rationality.
