摘要 了解中国优秀青年女子冰球运动员滑行速度与运动素质、身体机能、身体形态的相关性。采用实验等方法测定运动员的身体形态、身体机能、运动素质、冰上滑行速度。我国优秀青年女子冰球运动员的身高与欧美优秀运动员相似,但是体重偏轻,体脂百分比高;力量不足,上肢力量、下肢力量与欧美选手差距较大;直线正滑速度与身高、下蹲跳呈正相关,与体脂百分比呈负相关;直线倒滑速度与下蹲跳呈负相关,与腿部反应速度呈正相关。冰球运动员的直线正滑速度与直线倒滑速度受到运动员的身高、体脂百分比、腿部力量、腿部灵活性的影响。建议在今后的训练中应加强冰.上滑行技术规范的练习,增大腿部力量的陆地训练内容,同时合理地控制饮食降低运动员的体脂百分比,增加瘦体重的质量。 Understand the correlation between the skating speed of China’s elite young female ice hockey players and their physical fitness, physiological, and morphologies. Experiments are used to determine the athlete’s physical fitness, physiological, and morphologies, and skating speed on ice. The height of our country’s elite young female ice hockey players is similar to that of European and American athletes, but the weight is lighter and the body fat percentage is high;the strength is insufficient, and the upper limb strength and lower limb strength are quite different from those of European and American players;the straight forward skating speed is positive with the height and squat jump Correlation is negatively correlated with body fat percentage;linear slip speed is negatively correlated with squat jump, and positively correlated with leg reaction speed. The ice hockey player’s straight forward sliding speed and straight back sliding speed are affected by the athlete’s height, body fat percentage, leg strength, and leg flexibility. It is recommended to strengthen the practice of on-ice sliding technical specifications in future training. Land training content of leg strength, while reasonable diet control reduces the athlete’s body fat percentage and increases the quality of lean body mass.
