摘要 研究不同冰雪专项大学生运动员的体质健康特征和差异,查找存在的问题。采用文献资料法、测试法和数理统计法,分析长期不同冰雪运动训练对机体的影响。结果显示:冰雪专项大学生运动员身体形态和身体机能良好,但男生身体形态存在不及格现象;速度素质、下肢爆发力和柔韧素质良好,力量和耐力素质存在不及格现象,各组间存在差异。说明冰雪运动训练可以提高学生体质健康水平,但在改善身体形态、身体素质和身体机能方面有差异,且各运动项目存在差别,这与专项技术特征、长期进行特定的专项训练内容和训练水平等有关。同时,建议冰雪专项学生加强耐力和力量练习,要注意饮食,改变不良的生活习惯,改善体质,以此提高运动成绩。 This paper studies the physical health characteristics and differences of different ice and snow special college athletes, and finds out the existing problems. Using the methods of literature, test and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the influence of long-term different ice and snow sports training on the body. The results show that the body shape and physical function of ice and snow college athletes are good, but the body shape of male students is not qualified;the speed quality, lower limb explosive strength and flexibility quality are good, but the strength and endurance quality are not qualified, and there are differences among the groups. It shows that ice and snow sports training can improve students’ physical health level, but there are differences in improving body shape, physical fitness and physical function, and there are differences in various sports, which is related to the special technical characteristics, long-term special training content and training level. At the same time, it is suggested that students of ice and snow specialty should strengthen endurance and strength training, pay attention to diet, change bad living habits, improve physique and improve sports performance.
