高校图书馆移动平台使用比较分析——以福州大学图书馆为例

Comparative Analysis on the Use of Mobile Platform in University Library:A Case Study of Fuzhou University Library

文章对福州大学图书馆微信公众号及APP使用日志进行了分析,从用户数、功能性、分栏目访问量、分月访问量、使用方便性、用户体验度等方面进行了比较研究,并分析数据差异的原因,指出两者的优势与问题,为移动图书馆的服务创新提供参考。

Through analyzing the usage log of WeChat official account and APP in Fuzhou University Library,this paper makes a comparative study from the aspects of user number,functionality,column entries,monthly traffic,ease of use and user experience,analyzes the reasons for the difference in data,and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the two,providing reference for the service innovation of mobile library.
