连续管逐簇喷射环空压裂工艺现场应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对四川盆地页岩气井常规压裂改造井筒易变形而无法使用电缆桥塞分段压裂、施工工序复杂、施工周期长等问题,采用了一种连续油管喷砂射孔逐簇环空加砂压裂的新工艺,简述了该工艺技术的原理和特点,并详细阐述了其在页岩气井的应用情况,分析了现场施工风险。指出该工艺施工效率高,避免了桥塞的使用,降低了成本,减少了套管变形带来的施工风险,但现场应用时会出现连续油管被砂埋、挤毁和刺穿等一系列施工风险。最后针对施工风险提出了相关指导建议。 Due to casing easily deformed in conventional fracturing which lead to difficult to apply segmented fracturing of cable bridge plug,complicated procedure and long work period in shale gas wells in the Sichuan Basin,the technology of abrasive perforating with coiled tubing and annulus fracturing for each cluster was employed.The principle and characteristics of this technology are described,and its application in shale gas wells is described in detail,and the site construction risk is analyzed.It is pointed out that this technology has high construction efficiency,avoids the use of bridge plug,reduces the cost and reduces the construction risk caused by casing deformation.However,a series of construction risks such as sand burying and puncture of coiled tubing will occur when the technology is applied in the field.Finally,relevant guidance and suggestions are put forward for the construction risk.
